"Hi my name is Karen, I have been working as Nursery Manager at Around 3 Day Nursery for over a year,  and I am very enthusuastic about the Nursery and what we have to offer. I am also a mother of 4 children aged between 13 and 26 years old. I have been working in Childcare for 18 years now, having started as an Assistant at a local Pre-school after having my third child. I found it such a rewarding experience and soon realised it was my 'perfect job'. I went to college to study my Diploma in Pre-school practice, and over the years as times have changed I have furthered my education by completing a BA Hons Degree in Early Years Care and Education in 2013. I have a wealth of experience and a sound knowlege of the Early Years Foundation Stage. My vision is to provide a safe, stimulating environment and to see happy little faces at the door each morning"
